Automation of the work of large wholesale beer suppliers in Kaliningrad. A customer relationship management (CRM) system and a mobile application on two Android and iOS platforms have been developed. The mobile application was developed for customers. With the help of a mobile application, customers can register in the system by specifying data about a legal entity. In the mobile application, the user can add and manage outlets, assign a manager for each or a group of outlets, allow the manager to see the purchase price or not. The most important purpose of the mobile application is to place an order for a point from the price list. The client forms an order for the goods to each point separately. Also in the application, the user receives push notifications and sees promotions offers for him. The administrative part of the project is a web service that fully automates all business processes for managing customer relationships. In the administrative panel there is a section for full management of user profiles, their data on managers and stores. A section with a product catalog, where contractors (suppliers), commodity items, manufacturers, base price and price list for each client are entered and described. Also in the administrative part there is a section for sending PUSH notifications to customers who have a mobile application installed. The very essence of a web service is the formation of a general request from customers, broken down by points. After the client has formed an application and sent it from the mobile application after confirming it, it gets into the general application in the web service. The general application consists of all the client's applications for the current date, broken down by outlets. According to the general application, agents see which client ordered how much goods, to which points, and which did not order or did not have time. After closing the application, the software automatically generates an itinerary for drivers indicating the shortest route and the volume of goods to be picked up from a particular factory. Also, after closing the application for factories (suppliers), an order order is automatically generated and sent by email. Data from CRM is synced with 1C enterprise.
